Reservations & Cancellation Policy

At the Pour House Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar, we require a credit card to secure and hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (No AMEX at this time). Reservations made with an AMEX will be cancelled without notice.

Please make sure everyone in your party is present to be seated. Your table is reserved for 1.5 hours for a party of 2 and for 2 hours for a party of 4 or larger.

 

Running late? No worries. We will hold your table for 15 minutes. If we still don't see you, your table will then be released to the next walk-in guest. If you arrive past the grace period, you are still welcome as a walk-in guest. However, we cannot guarantee a table depending on availability.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged $50 per person in your party.
